One-of-a-Kind Specimens
Each product listed on BurlBlade represents a unique salvaged wood specimen. These pieces are photographed individually and documented within the BurlBlade archive.
Inventory for each listing is limited to a single piece. Once a specimen is purchased it becomes unavailable for further purchase.
Product photos and descriptions are intended to accurately represent the exact specimen being sold.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material and every specimen contains unique characteristics. These may include grain variation, knots, spalting, natural cracks, bark inclusions, or irregular edges.
These characteristics are part of the natural structure of the wood and are not considered defects.
Customers are encouraged to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed on the website and may change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information, occasional errors may occur.
If a pricing or listing error is discovered after an order has been placed, BurlBlade reserves the right to correct the error and contact the customer to resolve the issue.
Orders and Payments
Orders placed on BurlBlade are processed through WooCommerce and payments are securely handled by PayFast.
Once payment is confirmed, the specimen is reserved and prepared for shipping.
BurlBlade does not store payment card details.
Shipping
Orders are packaged carefully to protect the specimen during transport. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
