BurlBlade uses three delivery methods across South Africa: PUDO lockers, door-to-door courier, and freight for oversized items.
Shipping Options
PUDO Locker Delivery (Small Items)
Smaller specimens are shipped via the PUDO locker network.
- Shipping is arranged by BurlBlade after checkout
- Your parcel is delivered to a locker near your provided location
- You will receive a notification from PUDO when your parcel is ready for collection
This option is used for smaller items that fit within PUDO locker size limits.
Courier Delivery
Larger specimens are shipped via door-to-door courier.
- Flat rate shipping: R120
- BurlBlade manages all logistics
- Each piece is securely packaged to protect edges, bark, and structure during transit
- Ideal for items that do not fit PUDO locker dimensions
Freight & Oversized Items
For large or heavy specimens, shipping is handled separately from checkout.
- No shipping cost is charged at checkout
- You will be contacted after purchase with a delivery quote
- Shipping is only arranged once the quote is approved
This ensures accurate pricing for oversized or irregular pieces.
Local Collection (By Appointment Only)
Collection is available for customers in Gauteng.
- Collection is strictly by appointment only
- Location details are shared after purchase
- Suitable for customers who prefer to arrange their own transport

- Each piece is naturally irregular and unique
- We recommend unpacking your timber soon after delivery to allow proper acclimation
